Web Design and Development
The brief
The website design project for the DB5 Platinum website is one of my favourites. With no clear brief from the client, we were asked to ‘just create a professional website that can act as a showcase for selling a truly exceptional car’. The particular DB5 had been restored by Aston Martin resulting in a brand new car but with the original shell and engine. The website needed to look high end, professional and in-keeping with the Aston Martin brand.
The result
The website design is professional and credible and reflects the class and luxury of the Aston Martin brand. We used a web-friendly font that looks similar to the Aston Martin font. We also used colours that matched and complimented the paint colour, upholstery and metal colours of the car. The professional photography ensured the car was showcased in all its glory and the website design utilised the images to display all aspects and features of the car.
